[DUG] BDS2006 and Delphi 2007

As long as your software assurance is current and for the Studio line (BDS
2006 is a studio product) you will get all studio releases within your SA
period. Delphi 2007 for Win32 is a studio product. Highlander will be a
studio product. The Turbo's and Delphi for PHP are not studio products.
