[DUG] Limit Delphi 2007 help to "delphi" only

I know that I've read somewhere that you can limit the help in Delphi
2007 to Delphi only. I really don't want it to come up with Windows
system stuff to search thouigh or any other language - I only want
Delphi language and VCL help.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please? I know it has
something to do with removing some files but I can't immediately see
anything relating to this in C:\Program Files\CodeGear\Delphi\5.0\Help
