Hi Conor
No the .tlb is not read only. No visual studio either.
We have jut re compiled on the other Dev machine and the exe created
also fails on the third (non delphi) test machine.
This is driving me insane. (the Delphi Bug isn't helping either).
I have however one more piece of information (and I think this is the
killer). We have some COM clients that work. We have an old EXE (2005)
that we have discovered still works ! Also we have a dlls that COM in
to the exe as well, they all still work as well !!!!
