[DUG] Show splash screen across two exe files

Hello everyone,

I got two exe files a.exe, b.exe. I want a.exe startup to show a splash
screen. And a.exe will launch b.exe and a.exe will quit. I want b.exe once
finish launching and close the splash screen.

How to do that?
