[DUG] 2007 next annoyance

I am not sure if Ihave reported this here before or not, but I have a
project I ported over from D7 to D2007, and there is a file in my uses
clause that if I do ctrl+enter it will open it up, YET, the file name has a
red squiggly line under it indicating its not found !!!  the file IS in the
seach path, but no matter what I do, the squiggly line remains. Ok, its no
issue really, but is a just annoying as I keep thinking there is an issue
when there isnt.....sigh

I find it seems to happen with only the first unit, after that it is okay.
Ie. add the .pas extension and then it seems to work afterwards.

Is there any reason that it cant find my files.  The compiler finds them but
the IDE (when I press ctrl-enter) shows the filename without the .pas and
says it could not find it.  On the odd occasion, when the dialog pops up, it
cant find it either unless I append the suffix .pas.
