[DUG] Compiler Version for D2007

I thought that someone said that the help in 2007 was much better.  It 
took long enough to find the VERnnn.  And then its ruddy 140.... this is 
the same as Delphi 6.  How am I supposed to sort the source out ?  Or is 
it that the help is out of date ?  What is the number really ?
