[DUG] D2007 help incomplete or install issue

I have updated my Delphi2007 with update 1 which supposedly fixed a lot of
the help issues. However if I enter in procedures or functions in the index
they are not available in D2007 but are there in D7 help. ( Examples are
Abs, Readln, AssignFile, maybe anything from the system.pas unit)

Is anyone else having this kind of problem?

There is also an entry in the table of contents called Dinkumware which
seems to have appeared after the update.
