[DUG] Install delphi 7 AFTER delphi 2007

Microsoft is very very slow.. VMWare is much more respectable...
my Virtual machine, running on a MacBook, 2ghz dual core, allocated 800mb
ram runs 2 x faster than my 2.8ghz p4 laptop with 1gbram
