I have implemented code to allow dragging a file from windows file 
manager to an app.  This works file (the app gets the file name and does

stuff).  However when I try dragging an attachment from 'Thunderbird' 
(email app) the file name is received but I believe the file isn't yet 
in place (i.e. my app gets the filename before / during the saving of 
the file to disk).  Does anyone know how to get around this?
