[DUG] Datebases with Delphi

Hi

Firebird is a nice open source / free relational DB (from the Interbase 
base code).

It has an embedded option that simply requires putting some files in the 
same dir as the app.  This is for single user DBs.  But with little 
effor you can switch to a proper client server environment.  However at 
that point you need to install FB server (small footprint) on the server 
computer and FB client on the clients.  So it might be a bit much work.
