The lock file needs to be in the same location for all computers using 
the database.  It doesn't matter if each computer refers to the file 
differently (eg. via different mapped drives) as long as the file is the 
same.

If you put the lock file on the individual client computers, then the 
first one to use the database will be fine, but subsequent ones will get 
an error about another PDOXUSRS.NET file being in use.
