[DUG] Vista

The question here is, why have Godegear not put out something about running
Delphi what ever version on Vista?
Vista was around when Delphi 2006 was release (albeit in beta format) so one
would assume they tested it on Vista beta or at the very least an RC
version.

.   This has step by step instructions.  Apparently there are issues 
with BDS 2006 but they are just the same minor issue as with D7 (It writes
to Program files). 

Hope others find this useful as well.
