[DUG] Kylix development

I am just downloading Lazerus now...at home.
I have tried to install Kylix, but it bitched about something and wont 
install.

Am I correct in that Lazerus will do apps for Windows PC too??

Have a look at setting up SSH between the windows PC and the Linux box. 

SAMBA is definitely another option.
