[DUG] Delphi new versions

When we got D2006 we paid the extra for software assurance....we always buy
it, but my manager left a year ago, and when Borland tried to send emails
that it was about to expire we didn’t get them, sio we had to get D2006 AND
the assurance....oh well its only $$...fortunitly not mine :-)

I'd strongly recommend looking into Software Assurance.

We will update the Win32 side of things throughout the year.
