[DUG] Delphi 6, win2003 server and DEP

I have some pretty standard programs (D2007)  that run on Windows 2003 TS on
some sites, as far as I know run OK.
 
Are there any issues consider with Delphi in general, or D2007 in
particular, to avoid any DEP problems?
 
 
I have a sort of related security problem on Windows 2003 I have never
solved yet - an application that runs ok does trigger a dialogue when it
starts
 
 
"Security warning
 
The publisher could not be verified - are you sure you want to run this
software?
 
(buttons)   Run    Cancel
 
This file does not have a valid digital signature that verifies its
publisher"
 
It then runs ok, but I would like rather to get rid of this dialogue.
 
Anyone have any suggestions?
