[DUG] D2007 and phantom files

Unfortunately it is a "designed for [OS]" requirement. VS does the
same (not justification I know). So does FinalBuilder as well actually
- even though they don't worry about certification anymore. Don't use
MSI for installation.


I keep my temp/testing/proto projects in the default location and have
my real apps in c:\apps11 (for D2007). My components are in
c:\delphi11.
