[DUG] Windows Service issue

Hi All.
I have built a windows service in D2k7, and the dman thing wont close down 
when Windows does a restart !!
I have added code to listen to     WMQueryEndSession WMEndSession and 
WMClose  with no joy.

If I stop the service, it restarts fine.

Anyone got any suggestions??
