[DUG] Quality Control

Tim,

Its not working for me.  I conclude that it is suffering from the same 
thing as the IE.  And I suspect that it is broken java (which I have teh 
latest of).

It connects and shows me stats.  But will not open a report, fails at 
find updates etc.
