[DUG] What runs in windows every 90 seconds

NO, it doesnt use .net.  However, one person the web claimed it was 
because CR was launching some com object.  And if you waited for it to 
finish, the app would crash.  Unfortunately, he is not able to give my 
any more info.  I did note on Google that that some network/tcpip may be 
set to 90 seconds.... but this may be brand specific.
