[DUG] Image File Execution Options- App running slow

Does anyone know if theres a relationship between Delphi and entries in
the registry under 
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image
File Execution Options]

I noticed in the last day or two my app was running slow and whats more
if I renamed the exec file it would run Ok.
I found an entry in the above location for my execuatble name and it
contained a lot of what appears to be debug code. I deleted the entry
and now the app runs at normal speed. I cant think Of anything I done
recently to cause such an entry in the registry. Anyone got any ideas.
