[DUG] Invalid Serial Number Delphi 2007

No mine was ok, but I am able to kill D2207 in seconds !!
All I do is drag a control onto a form nd it stops responding.....all I can
do is shake my head........

I get 

 

Invalid Serial Number 

 

When trying to install BDS 2007 for Win32 (EDS Delivery).  

 

I don’t get this if I install on a clean build of 2003 Server, just when
install on my Vista Business Machine.

 

Anyone have any similar experience, and may know a fix
