[DUG] Quick reports into Delphi 2007

I've been using the registered version of QuickReports 3.6 (4.x is the 
latest) and could get it to compile and install under D2006, although it 
was a bit of a struggle.  I haven't started shifting stuff to D2007 yet 
(I'm too chicken)
