Hey well done,

I've been trying to get stuff done on http://codegearguru.com but 
finding the time is difficult - I have discovered I can't talk and code 
at the same time which makes making camtasias difficult - I still pretty 
much suck at it currently but I think I'm getting better, - much more 
practice required.  I'm hoping to move to a 4 day work week in the near 
future so that I can focus on such projects.
