[DUG] D2005 Un-install strange-ness

Uninstalling any version of BDS takes forever for me as well.
Although not everyone experiences these uninstall delays. My
uninstalls take at least 20 minutes.

Ignore the time estimates. They are rubbish. Install and Uninstall.
