[DUG] Does anyone have the current NZ Postcodes?

Pay someone $8 an hour to keep ringing the postoffice with the query..

"hello, I am mailing a letter to ????. Can you please tell me the post
code."

It becomes public information after you have compiled your own list, and you
can do what you want with that information.. Just build up the list over
some time.
