You cant separate this from "for where". National coverage is available
with 20m contour lines from Linz topo, available both as georeferenced raster
scans and as vector contours. These are the raw data - lines traced from
photogrammetry rather than calculated from a DTM.

However, for numerous areas, particularly urban areas, there are
DTMs with resolution of about 2m or contours at I think a 5m. (I don't have
a catalogue of whats available handy). These are from the local authority.

I havent yet looked at what might be available GRACE satellite altimetry
so far... Bits of the country are also covered by SAR.
