[DUG] TUMONZ SDK beta program

Phil,

The zooming has always put me off purchasing Tumonz, it's annoying after 
using ARC Gis. The mapplet is much better.

What I would like added is having zoom change to pan when you hold down 
the space bar like in photoshop.
