I am with the Developer Tools Group, so I am not affected at all. I have been relatively quiet because my wife has been in hospital having a brain tumour removed. Unfortunately not enough of it will ever get out, it is terminal. My life is a little.... stressed at the moment with personal issues.

Spotted the below email on the ADUG list (Aussy Delphi User Group) 

from Malcolm Groves with regards to that linked article confirming 

that this does not effect DTG/DevCo.
