[DUG] Play a movie from a stream

From what I understand, it can serve up streaming video content - but
for playing it has a seperate player executable. I need something I can
plug into a Delphi App (just realised I didn't explicitly state that -
but hey, this is the DUG list!). Also, anything that requires a server
to be setup is out of the question. This is going into schools and needs
to basically play at the click of a button.
