[DUG] Speeding the Delphi IDE

I loaded the Speed up IDE for D2006 Professional, I hadn't timed the old
startup but it looked pretty much the same time, may even have been slower.
Was around 2 minutes to load D2006 Win32.  The speed was not much of an
issue anyway....  (yes it does show as being there on the splash screen -
it's the first item loaded).

Is D2006 more optimised already? Or is my pc just too slow  (2.2GZ and 768MB
RAM)
