We have customer running some old software written in DataFlex and they
have been paying us monthly for years. We had thought that they had
stopped using the software and just forgotton about the AP or something,
but the got in touch the other week, and they are still using it.

We may have done a Y2K upgrade on it - but I'm not certain, so we had
had no contact for at least 6 years.

There are some merrits for subscription based software (for the vendor
atleast).
