D7 Archetect, although I'm not using anything above enterprise level. 
Although I will be moving to BDS2006 soon (maybe).

Little bit of C# for the compact framework (VS2003).  Stuck with the BDE 
(paradox) for a database.

Desktop, Handheld and multi-tier applications.
