[DUG] Actaully C++

Okay, converting some C++ and it wasn't going well. I thought I would
compile up the original C++ and compile the runs. First time I have
used BDS C++. However, when I went to compile, it came up with
bunch of syntax errors in dinkumware include file exception and new
What are these and why are they being compiled?
