[DUG] Indy oddity

Hi All.
I have a form that I am sending an mail from via the Indy controls. I am
using the IDMessage, IDSmtp, IdConnectionIntercept and IDAntiFreeze
controls.
It all works fine, BUT the email does not actually SEND until I exit the
form the email is being sent from !  How do I know ??  Nortons AV checks
emails before the go out, and my one pops up a wee window saying its
checking an email when I send one, and this doesnt happend till I close the
form.
 
Anyone know why this is? p.s. I am just using the standard Indy controls
that come with D7.
