[DUG] Why Interbase not FB

Paul McKensie (sp?) is probably the only one on this list likely to
represent one of the IB power-users - I'd be interested in seeing who
else is using them who may be on this list.

I'll be able to give more detail once I write a white paper on it - it
will be focused on the differences between FireBird and IB.

You're right, I haven't.  And as far as using only the most basic
features of FB and IB goes, you're right there too (although
"fundamental" would be a better term than "basic" IMO - the most
important elements of an SQL database, the SQL itself, the views,
generators, stored procedures, triggers, constraints and so forth).

Who else here is using the advanced IB features Richard is referring to?
Any comments on them?
