Sorry - you meantioned "batch triggers". What is a "batch trigger"? Is
an "operation" an ACID concept (which usually denotes a transaction, but
we may simply be nomenclaturally diverse here).

If you mean by transactional triggers, triggers fires once per operation
then yes
