[DUG] transparent form

If you make it slightly less transparent even by 1, then the form is in charge.

I have been trying out a form with transparent region and found an
unexpected side effect - the region not only shows the window behind, but
also everything else seems to be for the behind window......clicking on the
region is actually clicking on the behind window.  As I had made the
transparent colour to be white it also meant that clicking the "X" button to
close the program wasn't working until I finally twigged.......if I clicked
on the white of the X button it didn't work and if I clicked on the red of
the X button it did work.....

Do I understand this correctly? - and is there any control over which form
the mouse accesses in a transparent region?

And related is there way to alter the colours of the title bar, or do I have
to use something other than white as the transparent colour??
