[DUG] Excel - best practice

HI guys,

Just having to ease back into some coding accessing and modifying an Excel spreadsheet.

Was wondering what components are best to use to achieve this. Did some preliminary work with ADO but had flaky results in the modification side.

Your ideas welcome!!
