I think so. Although if you have a stable setup with D2005 you may
want to wait for the trial. Lots of bugs were fixed though.

In the RTM version it was released as a preview. There has been an
Update to make it a full version. The preview version was quite usable
as well - Borland just wanted to dot a couple more i's before the
official rebirth of C++.
