I have a D5 app that I loaded into D2006, and whenever I run it it stops at
a breakpoint referring to paramcount.  Now I don't want this breakpoint, and
if I remove it it immediately returns next time I run the app.  It is a
nuisance because the app also breaks there on being terminated and unless I
remember to press CTRL/F2 to reset the app it crashes the BDS IDE.  (eg if I
terminate the app instead with Task Manager)

Any suggestions why this 'immortal breakpoint'?
