Although this is off topic and shouldn't be in the DUG list (there is an
off-topic list), you can keep your money in your paypal account (in $US)
until you want to transfer it and use it somewhere else. When this
happens I transfer it back to my NZ account (which I have only done
once, so many companies now take paypal money it is sensible to keep it
there).

Subject: [DUG] [Off-topic] How to open a USA bank account without
register aUSA company

Hello everyone,

I am using paypal for my parttime business which is stabilizer business.
Paypal only allow two chioce for money transfer

1 NZ bank account (convert to nz dollar)
2 USA bank account (us dollar no conversion)

I want to keep money as us dollar and don't want conversion which
involve currency conversion charge, thus requires me to get a usa bank
account. May I ask if anyone has experience to open a usa bank account.
I am a New Zealand citizen and works in Auckland.

I know that I can register a usa company to get a usa bank account. But
that will require some usa customer in the state I register my company
to pay tax. I don't want my usa customer face unnecessary charge.

I have contacted HSBC(New Zealand). They requires to be their customer
for 6 months. I only be with them for 2 months. I don't want to wait
another four months.

TIA

Regards
Leigh
