[DUG] problem with TListView

 I have a TListView on a form with the view style of vsList.  When I add an
item that is longer than the width of the list view nothing happens.  When I
get more items in the list the Horizontal scrollbar appears.  

I would expect that 
1. Horisontal scroll bars would appear if the width of the data was bigger
than the list,
2. Vertical scroll bars would appear if the number it items was larger than
the heigt of the list.
