[DUG] component to hold a resource

Hi Phil. Goto http://www.mills-enterprise.ca/software/software_set.htm  and
download the latest rmControls Library.

The control you want is the "BinaryDataStorage" when you have installed the
controls. Then you dbl. click on the control to add the file etc. etc.
