[DUG] Delphi 7 Enterprise, studio or not and Delphi 8

Eric,

Thanks for that. Going by what I saw I think that is true and I think 
that is the route I will take.
If I wanted Delphi 10 then I could also use that as a route to upgrade 
later on.
