They would support Wine as well as any other Linux application, I would
think. The real question is how well your applications will run under
Wine.

There are also two other commercial alternatives:

 Crossover Office Server Edition

 Win4Lin Virtual Desktop Server
 http://www.win4lin.com/content/view/62/99/

I haven't tried either of them, but I'd be interested to know if they
are any good.
