[DUG] HTTP Server

I've always used free TIEHttp2 (or something similar, I'm not currently
in Windows now, so I'm not 100% sure if I got the name right). Anyway,
TIEHttp2 has always worked for me and it's very straightforward, I don't
have the Indy controls myself anyway because I only have Delphi
Personal, so I wouldn't be able to compare, but what I can say is that
the TIEHttp2 control is simple and works.
