[DUG] Lazarus & Free Pascal

Yeah I've tried it on Linux.
I've been playing around with linking a c library (Imagemagick) into a pascal 
app, since this can't be done in kylix/delphi without recompiling the c 
source in BCB (what a pain). It works well.

I haven't tried any gui/component stuff with it though.
