Hi All.
I have a wee COM DLL I wrote in Delphi that gets some data and generates a
file in a dir, and then this is then downloaded from a webpage.
Under windows 2000, this process worked fine.
BUT Under Win2K3, no matter what I seem to try, I cant get the COM oject to
create the file !! I have gone as far as to say Everybody has full access
to the folder, and this makes not difference. I have noted that the folder
is always readonly EVEN when I force it to be writable. Even tryin to write
the file to C drive didnt work
I am sure this is a security tie-down that MS have done, but wonderd if
anyone else has has this or a similar problem, and how you got a round it.

Thanks, Jeremy
