What I find amazing is how people seem to think that working for
Borland would be the holy grail or something. Working there would just
be the same as working for any large company. Where politics, meetings
and questionable deadlines all occur. At the end of the day, if you
don't like your job or are bored with it you leave. Big deal. There
are plenty of good developers out there to fill the shoes.

What I'd like to know is who put up the money for Coates to make the offer.

It's the grass is always greener scenario. Just to find out if it is
true I finally got around to installing the VS2005 beta last night.
