[DUG] New shortcut in D7 IDE

What I want to do is to have a shotcut of the three key combination 
to run an external application and pass it the current word.

I have installed a Tool to do that.  What I cant figure out how to do is 
to have the shortcut.  Even GExperts wont allow me to add a 
shortcut to the extra items in the Tools menu.  Any ideas ??
